Johal Legacy Homes Ltd. is a construction company with over 20 years of experience in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We specialize in building custom homes, townhouses, and apartments and we also perform general contracting services and renovations. No project is too big or too small for us!

Fully Insured and Licensed

We are fully registered, licensed, and insured.

On our custom homes, we offer a 2-5-10 Year warranty covered by Pacific Home Warranty. Our Warranty includes:

• 2 years on labour and materials (some limits apply)

• 5 years on the building envelope, including water penetration

• 10 years on structure.

We have a reputation to work at a rapid pace, including getting all the required license and permits in a timely fashion. In contrast to other companies, which go over budget and do not meet the deadline, we promise to complete your home under-budget and before the deadline.
